It's Christmas Time....

...and a break from the job-hunting. A couple of irons in the fire but nothing to write home about as of yet. Had to go back into the office for half a day on Monday to do a kind of quasi-handover but effectively the office is being shut down. Much comedy ensued when it was discovered that my keys to the file cabinet for the contracts were with someone on holiday but a spare set was eventually found....

As the laptop will be going back to the company next week I have treated myself to a Notebook with my severance money. Will take a bit of getting used to as it is so tiny but I am impressed with the build quality and it goes like a hot ball-bearing through wet butter at the moment. Perhaps it will slow down when I get the iTunes software on it for my new iPod Shuffle....
